Where does Don Tulio coffee come from?
Our specialty coffee originates from Colombia, including coffees grown on our own farm. We work with carefully selected varieties and processes to bring out the distinctive character of each coffee.
Our coffee is then roasted in Dubai to achieve the profile intended for each roast and brewing method.
Where is your coffee roasted?
Our coffee is roasted locally in Dubai, UAE.
From selecting the coffee in Colombia through roasting in Dubai, we focus on maintaining quality throughout the journey.
What makes Don Tulio coffee different?
Don Tulio combines our connection to coffee at origin in Colombia with local roasting expertise in Dubai.
Our collection includes different varieties, processes, roast profiles and tasting experiences designed for both everyday coffee drinkers and specialty-coffee enthusiasts.
Our Coffee
What's the difference between Espresso Roast and Filter Roast?
Espresso Roast is developed primarily for espresso-based preparation and works particularly well for espresso, Americano and milk-based drinks.
Filter Roast is roasted to highlight more of the coffee's individual aroma, acidity and tasting characteristics and is suited to brewing methods such as V60, Chemex and AeroPress.
Which coffee should I choose?
It depends on how you like to brew and drink your coffee.

What do coffee tasting notes mean?
Tasting notes describe naturally perceived flavours and aromas in the coffee.
For example, a coffee described with notes of cherry, chocolate or tropical fruit does not necessarily contain those ingredients. They describe characteristics created by the coffee variety, growing conditions, processing and roasting.
Do you sell whole beans or ground coffee?
Available formats depend on the individual coffee. Please check the product page for the available options before ordering.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep your coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture and strong odours.
Keep the package properly sealed after opening to help maintain freshness.
Coffee Drip Bags
What are Don Tulio Coffee Drip Bags?
Our drip bags provide an easy way to enjoy Colombian specialty coffee without a coffee machine or brewing equipment.
Simply place the drip bag over your cup and brew directly with hot water.
How many drip bags are included?
Our current Specialty Colombian Coffee Drip Bag box contains 10 individually packed drip bags.
Which coffees are included?
The current box features:
5 × Exotic Yellow Bourbon
Tasting notes of tiramisu, cherry and cinnamon.
5 × Specialty Red Bourbon
Tasting notes of red grape, mango, passion fruit and cacao.
Do I need any equipment?
No coffee machine or specialist brewing equipment is required.
You'll simply need a cup and hot water.

Do you serve hot and iced coffee?
Yes. Our beverage collection includes both hot and iced specialty coffee, including espresso-based drinks such as Americano, latte, Spanish latte, cappuccino, flat white and other Don Tulio creations. The website currently lists separate Hot Coffee and Cold Coffee collections. Don Tulio
Do you offer non-coffee beverages?
Yes. Selected matcha, chai and cocoa beverages are also available. Don Tulio
Do you offer alternative milk?
Available milk options can vary by beverage. Please check the options available when ordering or contact our team if you have a specific requirement.
Where can I find allergen information?
Please refer to our Allergy Policy for information about coffee beverages, milk, alternative milks, syrups and bakery products included in selected combos.

Orders & Delivery
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. Eligible products can be delivered across the UAE, subject to product type, location and courier availability.
Fresh beverages and bakery combinations may have more limited delivery coverage than packaged coffee, merchandise or equipment.
Do you ship to GCC countries?
We can arrange shipping of eligible products to selected GCC destinations.
GCC shipping availability depends on the product, destination and delivery-provider requirements.
How much does GCC shipping cost?
GCC shipping charges are not calculated at checkout.
After your order is confirmed, our team will coordinate with the delivery provider and calculate the shipping cost based on factors such as:
- Destination
- Package size and weight
- Product type and quantity
- Courier availability
- Customs and delivery requirements
The final shipping cost will be communicated to you for confirmation before dispatch.
How long does GCC delivery take?
Eligible GCC orders are generally estimated at 3–7 business days after processing and dispatch, subject to destination, courier service and customs clearance.
